AI agent readiness assessment for operational workflows
Identify the first workflow worth transforming, define its baseline and boundaries, and leave with a responsible pilot decision.
- A clear boundary between process improvement, automation, and an AI agent
- A baseline that makes value verifiable
- Explicit human thresholds, exception paths, and stop criteria
Move from research to an actionable decision
Move from an AI idea to an operating decision
Describe the trigger, work, expected result, and accountable owner.
Establish current capacity, service, quality, risk, and cost.
Choose a bounded pilot, define its controls, or stop before further investment.
AI-agent workflow readiness benchmark
Answer ten questions for an immediate result on one workflow. They assess the work, controls, and measurement - not your organization. Contributing to aggregate findings is optional, anonymous, and separate from the toolkit form.
Aggregate findings remain withheld until the predefined threshold of 30 complete responses is reached. This prevents a small sample from being presented as a finding.
A descriptive instrument, not a universal claim
Each criterion receives 0 (not defined), 1 (discussed), 2 (documented), or 3 (operating). The total is normalized to 100. A score of 70 or higher indicates a bounded-pilot candidate only when accountability, authority limits, and human-review thresholds are at least documented.
- Self-selected, anonymous, and unverified responses; the cohort does not represent all organizations.
- One current response per first-party browser identifier; no names, emails, organizations, or free text are collected.
- The score supports operating discussion; it is not a compliance audit, risk certification, or automated approval.
